Censtly is an offline-first personal expense tracker app designed to help users manage and record their personal finances privately. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.
Censtly works entirely offline. All data you enter (such as expense entries, notes, or categories) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, nor do we store, share, or sell any personal information.
The App may request limited permissions (for example, local file access or storage permissions) strictly to support its offline functionality. These permissions are optional and used only within the device environment.
Censtly does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, payment, or tracking services.
Since all data remains on your device, its security depends on your device’s protection mechanisms. We recommend enabling a device lock (PIN, password, or biometric) to safeguard your personal information.
Censtly is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children.
